401(k) Plan

To help you prepare for retirement, Landis Market offers a qualified 401(k) plan. Landis Market may make a discretionary match on a percentage of the eligible earnings that you contribute to the plan.

 

Associates are 100% vested in our Profit-Sharing Plan after six years. Here are the details:

• Eligible after completion of 1 year of service with Landis Market

• All Associates and any discretionary employer contributions are immediately fully vested

• Eligible after completion of 1,000 hours of service with Landis Supermarket in your first year worked or in a subsequent plan year (April 1 – March 31)

• 6-year vesting schedule
