LIFE INSURANCE
Life Insurance provides additional financial protection for you and your family in the event of your death. Landis Market provides you with a Basic Life Insurance benefit. In addition, you are provided with an equal amount of Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance. These benefits are insured through Symetra and are 100% company-paid.

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
The Short-Term Disability program provides financial protection for you by paying a portion of your income when you are disabled. Full-time Associates become eligible for Short-Term Disability benefits after completing one year of service. This coverage will provide a benefit for up to 13 weeks during any continuous period of disability starting on the 3rd day out.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY
Eligible Associates who are unable to return to work after 90 days due to a non-job-related injury or illness may be eligible for Long-Term disability benefits.
