Eligibility

If you are a full-time Associate of Landis Market regularly working over thirty (30) hours per week, you are eligible to participate in the Healthcare and Benefits Program on the first of the month following 60 days from your date of full-time hire. You have the option to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in Landis Market's benefits program.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until
the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Eligible dependents include: (1) Your legal spouse; and(2) Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
